NOTE: The county tax card lists the parcel as 0.7 acres. It’s come to our attention that part of the acreage was given to this parcel by the neighbors in 1988, by a recorded plat map. The county listed it as part of this parcel for over 30 years, with open possession & use by previous owners. However, no matching deed was ever filed. So we are listing it as the original acreage, & pricing it as ~0.38 acres of buildable space.
Talked to multiple people at county zoning about whether there would be an issue getting permits due to the reduced acreage or the house encroaching on the neighboring parcel – they state that as an existing lot, it’s grandfathered in. Definitely do your own due diligence, but they advised us that they see no issues for septic or demolition permitting.
